My Updates: Well this pain thing is really getting to me. Both hernias are bothering me a LOT. I can’t sit or stand long or I get dizzy and sick to my stomach. I think this is going to be one of the longest holiday seasons I have even experienced. But I’m hanging in. Thank goodness
