Almost Done

Ok, the design is set for the most part. I slightly modified the header logo, and added the teal ribbon background I created today.

As mentioned when I started this redo project, there are major changes. They are as follows

• The software has been changed from the extremely buggy and frustrating B2evololution to WordPress.
• The entire look of the site has been changed – drastically! Colors, graphics, etc. It went from mostly being a theme with only a few of my own touches (i.e. a small header logo), to being more of my own style mixed in.
• All YoVille tips and tricks have been removed. I just do not play anymore and the tips are very out-of-date.
• Because of the change, tens of thousands of backed up spam comments were lost (yay!) Unfortunately, all of the old comments were lost, as well. I am sorry if yours was lost in the mix, it just was not possible to isolate the good comments from the spam.
• New spam buster software was installed. Among these is a general spam busting plugin, as well as an advance captcha (which makes you solve a math problem…sorry, in advance, to my math challenged readers!)
• This site was created on an alternate directory. But, to make it seemless, I will rename it back to my old directory so it will seem as if the blog never moved.
• The old blog will completely disappear. But, I will archive it, sort of, so the old posts may be out there in search engines. Ideally I will remove it altogether.

As this post says, it is “almost done”. I am making it live in a few minutes. But I will still be working behind the scenes to perfect it over the next few days.
