Had to go for blood work, today. Silly me, I forgot to hand in the script when I was doing the pre-admission stuff last week. My oncologist said they would have done it at the same time. So, extra trip and an extra stick for me! Of course, the technician missed the vein and had to move the needle around to search for it, so that did not help.
Did I mention I REALLY hate needles? Makes me so excited for surgery for that part, but at least they can use my port (unlike the vampires…I mean the blood lab!) 🙂
