Progress

I am just about done with the migration of the new blog, as well as the overall design.

I decided that a total revamp, all at once, will just be too exhausting and time consuming. So I will base my new theme on the default, with some personal tweaks of my own.

The major tweak is the redesign of my logo. I wanted it to represent me, more-so than my previous one did. While I love The Lion King and its’ characters, Kiara just did not put me forth out there. Seeing other crafting blogs just made me want a cartoon version of myself. I can’t draw though 🙂 so I needed to find the right artist, at the right price. Ducky on fiverr made the perfect choice, and best of all, all the services on that site are ONLY $5! I highly recommend Ducky to make anyone’s cartoonizations. (Is that a word?)

*yawn* Well, very tired now, and will finish up tomorrow. Just a few more modifications here and there! I am sad to see my old blog go, as I’ve gotten used to looking at it for so long. But, it was causing me a lot of problems, so out with the old and in with the new!
