Surgery….again.

Two trips to doctors have taken place this week.

The first was to my primary care doctor. I see him every 3 months for a general check-up, because of all of my ailments. Well, because of some erratic blood tests lately, I now have a glucose blood monitor to test my own blood. I do this every other morning, unless I get a high result, then I would have to do it two days in a row. A bit confusing…

The trip on Wednesday was to my surgeon. As expected, I will be having surgery. This time, thankfully, it should be an “out the same day” surgery. It is scheduled for September 19th, so it is coming up quick. I expect to go in for pre-admission testing probably next week. I am a bit worried, as my bankruptcy hearing was rescheduled to September 23rd because of the flooding on our original date. I hope I am going to be ok to go. If not, I imagine I will be heading there in a wheelchair.

It will be a busy next couple of weeks.
