Surgery tomorrow!

Well, this is probably my last posting before surgery. Tomorrow I will be making the hour hike to the hospital to get the hernia repaired. I’m not sure how long I will be there. The doctor said maybe same day, but she is not too hopeful. Since I had two recent surgeries in that area, the chance of having adhesions is high. If there are adhesions, she will not be able to do this laparoscopically. (Meaning she would have to back out with the scope and cut me open normally.) I really hope the laparoscopic method is successful, as it means shorter healing time for me. But no matter how she attempts this, she warned me because of my medical issues, this probably might mean a hospital stay, anyway.

So, I’m probably going to be offline for most of tomorrow. Even if I get kept at the hospital, they have wireless internet for patients. So I will find a way on.
